What will you do?
- \n
- Manage your own planning caseload
- Advise on a full range of contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental law issues
- Advise all forms of development and encompassing issues of housing and commercial development, transportation, leisure and tourism, education, ecological and cultural heritage, contaminated land and pollution and enforcement
- Support on planning applications and appeals, regeneration projects and section 106 agreements
- Work with a diverse client base, including many local authorities as well as household name organisations
- Work closely with and be supported by other departments including real estate & energy
- Be included in business development from an early stage if you wish

What will you need?
- \n
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- At least 2 years planning law experience
- Those with a mixed background to include planning will be considered
