Requirements:

• Seeking a diverse Engineering background to include maintenance / reliability, process engineering, controls / instrumentation and capital projects.
• Manufacturing process knowledge in compounding equipment, or extruders, or plastic molding or mixing or pelletizing etc. is required.

Duties:

• The Plant Engineering Manager will coordinate all maintenance, reliability, controls, process and project work.
• Will set up various reliability and PM programs.
• Recommend new equipment and oversee capital projects.
• Ensure that all codes and compliance are met and management of critical spares.
