An opportunity to head a PlantAn opportunity to be part of an E-Mobility Automotive ClientAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading Automotive Component Supplier in the E-Mobility space and manufactures critical Power Electronics components for Automotive OEMs launches dedicated to Electric VehiclesJob DescriptionResponsible for all plant activities of BLDC Electric motor and controller manufacturing includes RM procurement, SCM, Planning, production at winding, Rotor and final Assembly section at Hub motor, Mid drive motor and controller line, Dispatch to customers, Quality Control and maintenance of all machines and utility.To review plant operations KPI's on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Responsible for capacity planning, future capacity mapping and over bridge the gap through capacity enhancement.Responsible for Preventive Maintenance of Plant equipment'sResponsible for EHS and environment sustainability targets of plant (Zero Accident/incident, First Aid, near miss, water, Electricity, carbon neutrality and zero waste to land fill)To lead & facilitate Kaizen & improvement activity for process simplification.Ensure Quality Control and TPS projects to improve Quality and productivity on Half yearly basis.Responsible for the optimum resource's utilization of man, machine & powerTo conduct Process, Safety and 5'S Audit of entire plant on weekly basis and to close the NC's of Audits with respective 's.Responsible for allocation of jobs to all resources as per Daily, weekly, and monthly production plan.To ensure the production activities compliance against daily production plan /schedules.The Successful ApplicantCandidates with 15-25 years of overall experience with a or equivalent in Electronics/Electrical and atleast 5+ years of experience in heading a Plant dedicated to Electric Vehicle components/ Power Electronics
