Plant Maintenance Engineering Execuitve

Role & responsibilities a. Optimum utilization of available machines and equipments by ensuring timely Preventive & Predictive maintenance, proactive planning, etc.b. Utilities: to ensure smooth functioning of plant utilities without any stoppage of production line. c. TPM: Ensure seamless implementation of TPM to enhance OEE & up-gradation.d. Responsible for compliance of all audits, IATF, OHSHAS, EMS, Customer etc. for plant engineering area & ensure successful closure of NCs on time, analysis and implementation of CAPA. e. Raise unsafe actions / unsafe conditions and mitigate potentials for accidents / incidence. f. Review of down time of production, handling it, Making the uptime high so that MOP can be achieved.g. Cost Saving: Drive cost saving projects as directed by management.h. Prepare On Job Training plan for BCA / Contract Labours & ensure its timely Execution.i. TPM activities & 5S: Lead TPM activities and maintain 5S on shop floor.j. Compliance: Ensure timely compliance of applicable legal compliances under EHS.k. Safety: Ensure adherence to all safety practices to avoid accidents. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or BE in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.6 - 10 years of total experience in Plant Maintenance in similar industry. Good communication and influencing / negotiation, People management, resource management, time management, problem solving skills. Awareness of various quality systems and manufacturing processes. Essential knowledge of Machine & Equipment Maintenance, TPMKnowledge of implementation of IATF, EMS & OHSAS activities.
