The Plant Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all daily operations at our Kahoka, MO facility. As Plant Manager you will lead a team of 50-60 employees across two shifts, driving productivity, safety, quality, and stewardship. We seek a leader who can optimize processes, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to our continued growth.

To ensure the Plant Managers success, we'll provide a comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program with our CEO/Owner, Sales Manager, office staff, and floor supervisors. This collaborative approach will provide you with the knowledge and support needed to build and refine your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize day-to-day operations through effective scheduling and organization
• Ensure timely and high-quality production to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team towards achieving shared goals.
• Foster a collaborative and trusting work environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to drive data-driven decisions.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
• Apply your expertise in metal fabrication to enhance our production processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plant management or middle management, ideally in the steel industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead by example.
• Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with tenacity and a passion for building with steel.
• English proficiency.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Kahoka, MO 63445.

• Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience + plus annual bonus of 10%.
