Excellent opportunity for a Production/Manufacturing Manager from an industrial engineering background to join a global manufacturer in a role where you will be integral in day to day operations and drive growth in this highly influential role.



Do you have experience managing a Plant within an Industrial environment? Do you have experience working within the Automotive industry?



With sites in several continents, this company are a major company in the automotive space, providing key solutions to a range of manufacturers.



In this role you will be oversee the running of the Production team. This will include managing the team, planning, ensuring quality standards and implementing to continuous improvements activities. This role will be majority on site, and you will report to the Managing Director of the company.



The candidate will need to come from an Automotive background. You will need to have a background in Production/Plant Management. You will also need to be commutable to their site on a daily basis.

The role:



Team Management - 100 people approx

Strong leadership/managerial experience in Production environment

Transferable industry experience - Automotive is preferable
