Prinsco has a great opportunity for a Plant Manager in our Jesup, IA location. This role will be leading production activities, including:
• Overseeing all manufacturing, shipping/yard, dispatch, trucking, and customer service operations.
• Leading safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on employee engagement.
• Driving positive results, operating within budget, achieving KPI’s and exceeding customer expectations.

We are looking for the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree , and a minimum of ten years of manufacturing management experience required.
• In-depth experience with current manufacturing techniques, including safety, quality processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
