Plant Manager- MANUFACTURING

Job Description:

• Execute the daily operations of the facility and communicate with all production supervisors
• Tracking of all facility labor costs and production cost
• Engage involvement with shipping and dock areas
• Develop production planning on a daily basis
• Employee Management and personnel
• Manage product in different areas of the plant and problem solving
• Establish pricing and new product development
• Responsible for ordering facilities material and other production material and tracking
• Responsible and manage TCEQ reporting
• Safety, Quality, and Customer Service
• Customer Service
• Facilities Inventory

Requirements:

• 3+ yrs in Plant Management (Manufacturing)
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor Degree a plus
• Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work occasional holidays and weekends based on production demands
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• Must also have experience and acknowledge of industrial machinery
