Blue Water Industries, a growing Aggregate producer is currently hiring for a Plant Supervisor at the Lebanon, TN quarry. This position offers a competitive compensation package including 401k plan w/Company match, bonus, medical, dental & vision coverage, as well as life insurance. Must be able to pass both a drug screen and physical, as well as a background check.

• Must have experience leading & managing employees
• Must be familiar with all MSHA safety rules & follow all safety standards and procedures
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have 2 years working knowledge of quarry equipment both fixed and mobile
• Must be familiar with managing budgets and managing costs
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday, including some weekends
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Sit, stand and walk throughout the day
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Be able to climb ladders, push, pull, bend and crouch

A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the aggregates industry or similar heavy industry required

Computer skills - Outlook, Excel, ADP Time & Attendance

Safety mindset, drug screen, physical & background check required.
