We are on the lookout for a Tech Lead to guide an engineering team in developing groundbreaking technology and spearheading the creation of a cutting-edge MVP.

• Lead a high-performing team to build, maintain, and support innovative software platforms.

• Collaborate with product managers to transform ideas into impactful features.

\n

• Ensure top-quality design and development, while setting and maintaining best practices.

\n

• Solve technical challenges with ownership of creative solutions.

\n

• Utilise metrics to drive decision-making and track the impact of changes.

\n

• Reduce friction in the development process, enhancing the speed and efficiency of engineering teams.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• Provide design leadership, proposing and evaluating new technologies and solutions.

\n

• Lead the team in building and maintaining a high-quality platform with a focus on performance and security.

\n

• Collaborate with architects to align with strategic technical decisions.

\n

• Advocate for standards and best practices in software development and cloud compliance.

\n

• Monitor and optimize cloud costs while ensuring compliance with ISO & CIS benchmarks.

\n

• Be part of the out-of-hours on-call support, ensuring reliable deployment and support for live products.

\n

Key Skills & Experience:

\n
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, particularly in regulated industries.

\n

• Deep experience in managing AWS and Kubernetes, with a solid track record in ISO audits.

\n

• Expertise in tools like Terraform, GitLab, DataDog, and GitOps.

\n

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts effectively.

\n

• Familiarity with start-up, scale-up, or SaaS environments.

\n
