OVERVIEW: PLUMBING & GAS TUTOR / ASSESSOR\n\nAn opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly growing training provider, we are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Gas Tutor, to join their successful team.\n\nBased from a training centre in Norwich, you will be responsible for the delivery of Plumbing & Gas apprenticeships to learners. You will already hold the relevant Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA or equivalent), and ideally a teaching qualification, and have experience delivering training in a previous role. There will be an opportunity to work from home on some days, when not required in the centre.\n\nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: PLUMBING & GAS TUTOR / ASSESSOR\n\nTrain, assess, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving apprenticeship qualifications, including Functional skills\nSupport, develop, implement and evaluate approved electrical training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.\nEnsure the highest standards of learner completions are met and to monitor candidates progress, including carrying out regular progression reviews/additional support reviews.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: PLUMBING & GAS TUTOR / ASSESSOR\n\nA1 Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 etc.)\nTeaching qualification (desirable)\nFunctional Skills qualifications at Level 2 (desirable)\nL3 Plumbing & Gas qualification\nA minimum 5 years' occupational experience within the Plumbing & Gas industry\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work autonomously and manage own diary \nExperience working with people\nFull UK Driving License and use of own vehicle SALARY/BENEFITS: PLUMBING & GAS TUTOR / ASSESSOR\n\nStarting Salary UP TO £42.5K\nExcellent employee benefits package\nOpportunity for career progression and personal development
