PMC Senior Project Engineer

Bachelor degree in Engineering Minimum of 15 years of experience mainly being in oil and gas upstream industry Held Senior / Lead Project Engineer role for at least 5 years Been in PMC or direct Client roles for at least 3 years Strong GCC client projects experience Extensive experience in following areas Prepare scope of work and other technical data and specifications Technical evaluation of all the proposals Carryout feasibility studies on facilities optimization, synergy, and integration Perform upstream downstream scope alignment studies Carryout out and participate in technical workshops with other stakeholders Prepare Integrated schedules, cost estimates, risk registers Liaise with Third parties specialized studies Support in finalizing Operation Philosophy and Maintenance Schedules
