Key Responsibilities Monitor user interactions to ensure compliance with digital safety standards. Respond promptly to inquiries regarding trust and safety issues raised by users. Educate users on best practices for maintaining security in their digital experiences. Collaborate with various teams to develop and enhance safety policies and procedures. Document insights related to user safety, reporting findings to management. Stay current on the latest trends and challenges in the digital trust and safety landscape. Requirements Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is required. Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or similar roles is preferred. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team. Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. Access to a suitable remote workspace while residing in Greece.
