Beach to Bay Divers & Pools is a family owned and operated business since 2019. Starting off solely as a Dive Service, we decided in 2022 to make the transition to Pool Maintenance as well! We are looking to add to our highly skilled team of pool technicians. Experience is not required but highly and will be reflected in pay.

A clean driving record within the past 5 years is required as the job is performed in a company truck. A company Credit Card will be issued as well to handle on job expenses. This is a full-time position with a M-F work schedule. Training will be provided to applicants with experience as well as without experience.

Applicants with experience can expect training to be a week and applicants without experience should expect 2-3 weeks (depends on applicant). Training pay will be at $100 per day and post training it will be a salary position. Starting salary will be $150 per day with repair bonuses and other bonus opportunities.

A $500 SIGN-ON BONUS WILL BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WITH QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Weekly cleaning and maintenance of the assigned pools

- Identifying and troubleshooting pool equipment issues

- A strong work ethic and being on time
