My client is a renowned consultancy firm in London, at the forefront of technology innovation. They specialise in empowering businesses with Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies, offering cutting-edge solutions to a diverse range of clients. As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a dynamic Power Apps Team Lead to join their team.

The Power Apps Team Lead will play a pivotal role in the consultancy's success, leading and nurturing a team of Power Apps developers and consultants. The responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Power Apps developers and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Solution Design: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and designing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate/Flows to address their business challenges.
• Technical Expertise: Leveraging expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE to guide the team and provide hands-on technical support.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring the team adheres to best practices and maintains the highest quality standards in app development.
• Team Development: Identifying training needs and facilitating the continuous growth and development of team members.

Key Skills:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following key skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and implementing Power Automate/Flows.
• Strong expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE.
• Previous leadership or team management experience (mentoring juniors is also fine)
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
