Electrical & Power Design Engineers (5+ Openings)

One of our top electronic manufacturing clients is looking for talent in the San Jose California & Dallas Texas markets ASAP!

We are seeking candidates at various levels, from Staff to Senior Staff to Principal Engineers.

We are looking for multiple Electrical Design & Power Engineers to innovate and develop electrical systems and circuits for diverse applications. You will research concepts, create detailed plans, and document these systems through schematics and specifications. Your role involves testing, simulating, validating, and refining designs while providing support during the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement technical solutions for complex projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, customers, and project leaders, to ensure high-quality product development.

Incorporate feedback from reviews to enhance designs in areas such as manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and reliability.

Analyze customer specifications and serve as a primary point of contact.

Evaluate trade-offs in complex systems and recommend effective solutions.

Manage relationships with key vendors and partners.

Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements.

Create reports and documentation, and recommend system modifications.

Serve as a recognized expert in one or more technical areas.

Expertise in power design and a deep understanding of DC/DC power topologies.

Experience in designing power systems for networking, computing, or storage products.

Proficient in high current and high-phase count designs for ASICs and GPUs.

Familiarity with PCB stack-up, power planes, and simulation tools.

Skilled in schematic capture and CAD layout tools.

Proficient with circuit simulation tools like PSPICE and LTSPICE.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively to various audiences.
