Power Module Process Engineer_ME

Job Description 1. Keep production running and ensure the quality compliance 2. QCD ensure to meet the company target - FOR，IDC - OEE，UT，FPY - Cycle time improvement - Cost reduction - Testing Machine troubleshooting - Work instruction generation 3. Follow escalation testing to provide technicial support to engineer and technician. 4. Take initiative on improvement project to quality and cost. 5. Group target consolidation for overall improvement 6. Training conduct to engineer and technician accordingly to requirement 7. Testing program handle and follow up the testing guideline 8. Technical support worldwide 9. Standardization implementation Qualifications 1, Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 2, 3+ years of experience on processes and equipment for automotive or industrial power modules. 3, Be Familiar with process: Sintering(银烧结),Die or IC pick and placement , sinter paste printing/SPI , Vacuum Soldering , cu bonding, AL bonding ,plasma cleaning ... 4, Well know the defect principle of Power module 5, Strong statistical and analysis method and tool like SPC, DOE.....ability to investigate and eliminate process iss
