Power Press \nWe are seeking a skilled Power Press Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in operating hydraulic power presses and be capable of setting and operating press machinery up to 100 tons.\n\nPower Press Responsibilities\nSet up and operate hydraulic power press machinery up to 100 tons according to specifications\nMonitor machine operation to ensure quality production and safe operation\nConduct regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment\nTroubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues\nAdhere to safety procedures and company policies at all timesQualifications\nProven experience as a power press operator, specifically with hydraulic power presses\nAbility to read blueprints and follow technical instructions\nKnowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work\nPhysical strength and stamina to perform the tasks requiredDay-to-Day\nSet up press machinery for specific production runs\nOperate machinery to produce precision parts\nInspect finished products for quality and accuracy\nPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of the press machinery\nAddress any operational issues that arise during the production process\n*Must have full right to work in the UK*\n*A full DBS check will be conducted*\n*Please do not apply if you do not have the relevant skill set*\n\nIf you are interested in this power press opportunity please contact James on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
