Power Pricing Manager

About the role

The role sits within our Commercial Operations team and plays an integral part in the company. You will be liaising with various teams daily and will be responsible for billing customers accurately and on time.

What will we need to see from you?

• You are a leader; you will be able to create a great atmosphere to work in as well as ensuring the team is succeeding in meeting KPIs. You will always be looking at balancing important tasks with providing the team opportunities to grow. You will be a proactive communicator, escalating as appropriate.
• You have experience working in either Oil & Energy or utilities industry.
• You can build relationships: you will be comfortable engaging with internal customers of various seniority level. You can adapt your language to your audience, from translating commercial needs to operational teams or industry changes to our IT/internal project colleagues.
• You will be the expert of the pricing engine and will take ownership of coordinating commercial projects; ensuring all the appropriate teams are engaged and the system changes are raised, or risks appropriately mitigated.
• You have an interest in the power industry, the changes that will impact your team as well as the wider business.
• You are an analyst who enjoys solving problems using data; you will offer solutions that benefit the wider business in our effort to reach operational excellence and manage risk. You recognize the need to implement tactical changes but also influence for the longer-term solutions.

Role Details

Salary: Up to 60,000 pa

Bonus: Up to 20%

Location: Redhill

Work Pattern: Hybrid
