We are looking to hire a dedicated Supply Chain Piece Parts Manager to join our Asset Management & Supply Chain team.
Your day to day will consist of:
- Ensure optimization of piece parts inventory in several locations
- Contribute to strategic financial guidance and support supply chain operations
- Be the main point of contact with cloud-based application partner to support optimization of our inventory, ensure daily communication with partner
- Participate in Operations weekly meeting, review part shortages and identify if actions are needed on Supply Chain side
- Build bundle/package of non-moving parts, fully depreciated parts to market bundle sale and administrate-follow-up of bundle sale, up to collection
- Ensure daily communication with the Procurement team to address any concern or questions
- Create new part numbers in IT Item master
- Follow-up new capabilities needs for piece parts
- Ensure information needed for and from IPD and repair contact kick off is made available
- Provide back up to LRU (Component)
- Perform analyses of projected flows interacting with LRU Supply Chain Manager and Asset Management Data Analyst Manager
- Document processes and deliverables
Your background matches the role:
- Proficient in standard business office software
- Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Microsoft office advanced (advanced Excel, Power Point. Power BI)
- Knowledge of how to run reports and ability to prepare PPT presentations for regional meetings
- Strong Understanding of Supply Chain Processes and Procedures, Including Inventory Management, Procurement, And Logistics.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, With the Ability to Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams and Present Financial Information to Non-Financial Stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and apply them as needed.
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
You possess a successful track record as:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain performance monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in business or industrial engineering
