PRE COMMISSIONING ENGINEER - SUBSEA PIPELINE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PreCommissioning Engineer to join our team for subsea and pipeline projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing and overseeing all precommissioning activities to ensure that pipelines and subsea systems are fully prepared meeting safety and quality standards. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and oversee precommissioning activities including: Flooding cleaning and gauging Hydrotesting and intelligent pigging Dewatering and drying Preservation of pipelines and related systems Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement precommissioning plans and procedures. Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality standards during all precommissioning phases. Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of precommissioning tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to precommissioning processes and equipment. Prepare reports and documentation detailing the completion of precommissioning activities. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Proven track record in precommissioning for subsea and pipeline projects. Strong knowledge of precommissioning techniques procedures and specialized equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment as well as independently manage tasks. Willingness to work in diverse project settings and meet strict deadlines. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for subsea and pipeline projects.
