• Sending out Project updates internal and external
• MWDBE outreach and good faith
• Bid Responsibility Matrix
• Bid Package assembly (Owner Forms, Bid Bonds) (Heavy Civil and WaterWorks)
• Request Bid Bonds
• Attend Pre-bids
• Assist on CSP and CMAR
• Update Competition Tracking Sheet
• Update Bid Schedule
• Control Estimating Calendar
• Input Master Purchase Orders
• Other duties as assigned
• Flex Schedule
