Pre-Construction Manager - Refurbishment\n Sheffield- Hybrid \n Salary up to £75K + Car/Car Allowance + Benefits \n\nWe are working with a leading Contractor to recruit an experienced and successful Pre-Construction Manager to join their team in Sheffield to deliver refurbishment projects, acting as the main contractor under NEC and JCT contracts. You will work across several sectors including Commercial, Residential, Blue Light, Healthcare and more with a focus on safety critical works such as fire risk supporting them in the delivery of the Pre-Construction Services.\n\nPre-Construction Manager Key responsibilities:\n\nTo manage and coordinate the Pre-Construction activities under NEC and JCT contracts from issue to handover\nTo work alongside the other members in the Pre-Construction team such as commercial, estimating and planning departments to make sure key milestones are recognised, observed, and achieved to successfully complete the process.\nAttend regular site visits to view the various projects during the Pre-Construction stage and engage with stakeholders as necessary to inform the detailed design and pricing process.Pre-Construction Manager Essential experience:\n\nHNC/HND/Degree in a construction or engineering discipline\nMembership of a relevant body (CIOB, APM, CIAT, RICS)\nPrevious Pre-Construction experience on multiple refurbishment projects up to £15m across multiple sectors\nCSCS Card\nFull UK Drivers Licence \n\nI will look forward to hearing from you\n\nPlease apply online now!
