£40-£45k per annum plus

Excellent opportunity for someone to work with an award winning, family owned, regional main contractor in Plymouth.
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of preconstruction administration and systems.
Liaise with Clients, Design team and Supply Chain
Deliver market leading Quality/Bid documents.
Support Pre-Construction team in regard to administrative tasks in the required tender timescales, ensuring all work is accurate and checked prior to submission.
Review of project information, editing and writing materials for proposals and developing the bid documents.
Input into the pre-qualification, tender and negotiation stages, and assist with the development of construction strategy and methodology.
Visiting the site of the proposed project to assess construction related items, including constraints that may affect the build process.
Meeting when required with clients/designers/project teams/subcontractors to discuss the project.
Ensure tender delivery programme aligns with key dates and other contractual requirements.
Manage tender process and programme with kick off, review and submission meetings.
Ensure bid document is of the highest quality in both design and content.
Liaise closely with the operational team on deliverables throughout the tender process to ensure information is delivered in a timely manner. Individual:

Doesn’t necessarily need to be someone in construction in a pre-con role but someone who has the ability to pick things up quickly and that can develop into the role.

Grades of C or above at GCSE level required in Maths and English
Usage of Adobe InDesign an advantage
