Key Responsibilities:

Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates and value engineering solutions that meet client expectations.
Project Planning: Manage all pre-construction activities, including project scope, schedules, plans, finish selections, estimating, and budgets.
Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact during the pre-construction phase, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and care.
Collaboration: Work with architects, designers, and internal teams to develop detailed plans that align with Hachman Construction standards.
Compliance: Ensure all plans adhere to building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records and provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout the process.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have experience in Residential construction estimating and pre-construction management.
• Strong understanding of Residential construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
• Experience with software tools like BuilderTrend, or other construction management platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years in a pre-construction role or related construction position.
