Preventive Maintenance Technician

Overview
Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment to prevent possible mechanical failure.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts
- Removing parts and reinstalling as necessary
- Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance
- Performs spindle vibration analysis and logs results
- Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts
- Performs basic machine repairs
- Orders parts
- Adheres to PPE, lockout tagout practices, and safe working procedures
- Communicate effectively and professionally
Qualifications
- Strong technical background
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, identifying and implementing cost effective and timely preventative maintenance of equipment
- Ability to work overtime as needed in support of production operations
Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience
