About the Role: Responsible for All India Primary Logistics, including transportation planning, and drive initiatives to optimize cost. Ensure smooth execution of Logistics Operations. Responsible for Destruction Process Management in compliance to Ferrero, State & Central regulations. Main Responsibilities: 1.    Responsible End to End Primary logistics ensuring uninterrupted operations within budgeted cost in line with the weekly, monthly, annual & PS volume plans. 2.    Build roadmap to Primary transportation in India Region 3.    Collaborate with Plant Warehouse/CFAs/Customer Service Team to ensure minimized detentions 4.    Develop an environment of continuous improvement and therein, drive efficiency improvement projects 5.    Ensuring Ferrero quality & safety norms and standards within logistics domain 6.    Responsible for timely destruction of non-saleable stocks at CFA in a cost effective way in compliance with Ferrero, State and Central government regulations. 7.    Responsible for working closely with Supply Chain Procurement, Planning and Commercial team as per the forecasted plans and PS horizons 8.    Co-ordination with Procurement for all service agreements, in compliance to Ferrero standards & guidelines 9.    Performance Management: Monitoring KPIs and driving Action Plans of Primary Logistics for continuous improvement 10.  Manage end to end GRC assessment & compliance in secondary distribution   Who we are looking for: Post graduate with about 1-3 years of work experience   Job Referral Code: C How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
