Principal Associate - Public Health Fire Protection

• 10+ years’ experience inPublic Health & Fire Protection engineering, preferablywithin the Middle East.
• Preferred education,BSc/BEng in Building Services Engineering, or relatedfield.
• Preferred qualification, IEng or workingtowards CEng, although notessential.
• Experienced in design, from Conceptto IFC and construction supervision.
• Lead thetechnical development and production of Public Health &Fire Protection designs in accordance with local, regional andinternational code requirements.
• Strongtechnical, communication and presentation skills with clients,local authorities, consultants, contractors and internal/externalmultidisciplinary project teams, and be prepared to adjust and copein different environments with enthusiasm.
• Ableto undertake detailed Public Health & Fire Protectioncompliance reviews based on local and internationalstandards.
• Proficient in the use of PublicHealth & Fire Protection design software, e.g. Hevacomp,H2X, HASS, Elite, Autodesk Civil 3D, MicroStation,etc.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office isessential.
• Proficient in the use of AutodeskCAD, Revit, BIM 360 &Navisworks.
