Job Title - Principal Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services)
Site location - South London
Responsible to – Project Director
Purpose of the role - As an Associate you will be involved in multiple projects with a varied workload and the autonomy to work individually, but will also assist in planning and managing an appropriate resource to deliver projects

KEY INFORMATION
Reason for vacancy - Continued growth
Contract - Permanent
Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Holidays - 26 days + Bank Holidays rising to 31 days with loyalty days + BH
Hybrid – Yes, Possible hybrid working of 3 days in the office – 2 days at home

Although we’re happy to consider applicants with more or less experience, you’ll ideally have qualifications, experience or skills in the following areas:
* You will have experience in using recognised design software tools such as REVIT and ideally have exposure to MagiCAD
* Have great communication skills that can adapt both to external parties and clients but also within the team
* Understand project needs and be able to manage the full delivery
* You will have recognised qualifications in Electrical services design and either be working towards Chartered Status, or have an interest in doing so
* Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team in support to deliver projects
* Experience of people management is desirable
* Future flexibility will be needed for regular co-operation, travel and inter-office working
