Job Description

On the back of multiple successes within our growing Major Projects division, we currently have an opportunity for a Principal Electrical Engineer, to join us, to lead a Renewable Hydrogen project with extensive experience in Brownfield and Greenfield projects, covering FEED and EPC work.

Our ideal Principal Electrical Engineer will be capable of formulating resolutions and supervision of technically challenging and/or high-profile issues, with support from Consultant Engineer / Lead Engineer or Project Engineering Manager, and effectively communicating with Clients and Senior Management.

You will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of Matrix management systems and organisational structures and a robust understanding of British and common international standards and regulatory authority requirements in the Process & Energy Sector.

As our new Engineer, you must have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with other engineers and stakeholders. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential. You will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a minimum of 10 years general engineering experience with at least 7 years in the Process & Energy business sector focusing on the design office and field engineering.
