You will be joining a consultancy as a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer to head up and grow the contaminated land consultancy department. With multiple offices throughout the UK and excellent reputation in the geotechnical and engineering geology sector, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious contaminated land specialist to take the department to new hights with extended technical offering and growing headcount.
I am looking for an ambitious Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer that can technically lead a contaminated land consultancy department across the UK, get involved in all aspects of business development, commercial growth, strategic planning and recruitment.
This is a career defining position offering the chance to join a senior leadership team within a high profile consultancy working on a wide range of brownfield development and infrastructure projects across the UK.
Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer Specification
Educated to degree level in a relevant civil, geology or environmental science.
Chartered.
10 years' experience working within a UK based Geo-Environmental consultancy on technical contaminated land projects.
Extensive technical report writing and reviewing across interpretation, risk assessments and remediation strategies.
Understand and advise on waste classification.
Permitting and Due diligence experience
Ability to develop Geo-Environmental Engineers.
