Are you an experienced Engineer looking to take the lead in delivering cutting-edge engineering and technical solutions? Talent Solutions are keen to speak with experienced Senior Process Engineers/Engineers/Principal Engineers to join a global business in the Nuclear sector. Their focus is on providing a range of critical nuclear solutions across the markets of Defence, civil decommissioning & clean energy, both in the UK & Internationally.

As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for mentoring & coaching team members whilst building strong working relationships with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

What will you be doing?

- Leading & managing engineering projects to ensure timely project delivery
- Supervising & mentoring engineers & technical specialists
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders & customers
- Produce, review & approve technical documents & reports
- Foster a culture of safety, best practice & continuous improvement
- Supporting business development & tender processes

What are we looking for?
\n
- \n
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline
- Chartered Engineer status
- Experience of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
