Qualifications &Nice-To-Haves

• PhD in Chemical Biology, MedicinalChemistry, Pharmacology, or relatedfield.
• Experiencing leading and managing highlyeffective teams in the industry.
• Deepunderstanding of small-molecule drug discovery and its relationshipto human disease.
• Strong experiencewith:
  • Hit finding and hit-to-leadstudies
  • HTS and phenotypic assay developmentand screening
  • Small molecule binding affinityassays
  • PPI techniques, e.g., BRET, APEX/BioID,AlphaScreen
• Proficiencyin:
  • Platformdevelopment
  • Compoundmanagement
  • Disease modeldevelopment
  • Biochemical assaydevelopment
• Nice tohave:
  • Proteomics experience: PTM analysis,chemo-proteomic target deconvolution,etc
  • Familiarity or experience withPROTAC/next-gen IPM technologies
  • Biophysicalscreening techniques such as SPR or fluorescenceanisotropy
  • DELexperience
  • Experience with med-chemoptimizations: SAR, PK/PD, etc
  • Computationaldrug discovery experience
  • Prior experience onteams that have successfully advanced research to theclinic
