As a Principal Supply Chain Process Engineer, you are empowered to transform our Supply Chain to meet the dynamic needs of a rapidly changing consumer. The SC Process Engineer is responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement methodologies to design best in class digital Supply Chain solutions. This Principal Supply Chain Process Engineer role will specialize in optimizing our Supply Chain. You will be responsible to build, document and deliver best in class digital processes for Global and Regional functions. This includes, but is not limited to Forecasting, Spend Management, Capacity and Cost Optimization, Customer & Vendor Engagement, Service Improvement, as well as Invoice/Payment Lifecycles. This role will also deliver KPI’s and success measures to ensure a solid governance structure is intact, while creating a scalable foundation for future continuous improvement.Global, Corporate, Cross Departmental/Matrixed, may work directly with 3PL/4PL vendors, and or consultants. Anticipates, identifies, and solves unique and complex problems that involve multiple areas. Leveraging unique skills/experience utilizing advanced or technical methods, recommends solutions. Advises Sr Leadership on solutions that have significant function or brand impact.HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCERe-designs and/or re-engineers Supply Chain processes (demand/inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, and E2E) Supports business development and creates efficient designs and digital solutionsRecommends and implements process improvement Establishes and implements performance measures Determines efficient utilization of resources by analyzing global network layouts, planned future capacity, cost optimization to achieve an industry leading service to our consumersManages small and medium size projects, communication of timelines and delivery risks Applies company digitization methodologies and leverages tools to design transportation operations Confers with the Supply Chain Leadership and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions Collects data and performs statistical analysis Maps and documents processesApplies Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Statistical Process Controls (SPC) tools Development and delivery of presentations and facilitation of workshops YOU ARE Able to deal with ambiguity and work in an evolving business environmentCapable of collaborating well with individuals from various countries and culturesExperienced at successfully managing interpersonal interactions, developing, and cultivating professional relationships within and outside the companyComfortable to deal with work and time pressures to accomplish job requirements in an efficient and effective mannerJob requires hours that may occasionally exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week during times of peak activity Evening meetings and/or weekend work occasionally required to collaborate with people in other time zones and to ensure timely project completion YOU HAVEBachelor's degree required Engineering, Business, Supply Chain and/or a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience. Master's degree preferred in Industrial, Mechanical & Manufacturing, or related Engineering majorCertified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or equivalent extended supply chain business experience requiredAble to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of a range of factors required Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluations criteria for obtaining results required Performs work independently with minimal to no supervision and possesses strong technical aptitude requiredAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors, comfortable around leadership and senior management) requiredCapable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills Develops and delivers effective presentations at all levels within the organization Certified Six Sigma Green Belt desirableTotal Work Systems (TQM) experience desirableTravel may be required at times, approximately two trips a year for 1 to 2 weeks each#LI-EM1
