• Ability to lead a team ofengineers to deliver medium to large sizedprojects.
• Senior technical resource may serveas technical advisor for team
• Providesspecialized technical input to studies and design for staffsspecific area of expertise.
• Develops study anddesign procedures to facilitate highquality costeffective work byothers.
• Participates in interdisciplinaryreview of project deliverables.
• Developsconstruction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts forprojects.
• Uses expertise in all steps ofcompleting discipline component of PS&Epackage.
• Performs quality control review ofdesign calculations or drawings.
• Preparestechnical specification sections.
• Providesinput to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meetrequirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in CivilEngineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 12years of experience with at least 5 years in UAE or other GCCcountries.
