Process/Advanced Process EngineerEuropean MNC seeks engineers with experience in machining, overhaul, maintenance and repair.Your new company Specialists in the repair of advanced parts for High Pressure Compressors (HPC) and Low Pressure Turbines (LPT) with a portfolio containing all major civil aircraft engine types.Your new role Responsible for process engineering aspects of any related repair component within the product portfolio and support of New Product Introduction (NPI) programsIntroduce and implement new repair processes into the production lines of ASSBCreate and support Technical Work Instruction (TWI) and other related technical documentsPerform and supervise commissioning and acceptance of equipment and machinery for ASSBDevelop detailed process procedures and/or compile the documentation for the individual repair process and efficiently implement the processesWhat you'll need to succeed Degree in Aerospace or Material Science or Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalentMinimum 1-3 years of working experience as a Process Engineer or Mechanical EngineerWorking experience in Maintenance Repair and Overhaul within an aviation environment is an added advantageAble to read technical material, develop analysis and make recommendationsDetail knowledge of HPC & LPT geometry and drawingsGood knowledge and experience in machining programming and grinding process preferredKnowledge of continuous improvement, quality management and lean principlesFamiliarity with PFMEA and Control PlanUnderstand clearly Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) with respect to toolingGood communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa MelayuGood computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etcWhat you'll get in return Attractive Mid-Level remuneration packageOpportunity to work for an industry-leading European MNCExposure to advanced technologies and engineering projects
