YOUR ROLE Analyze existing processes to develop, implement and monitor action to achieve improvements in productivity/efficiency, quality and safety.Liaise closely with R&D, manufacturing, lean, maintenance, quality and SHE departments on new processes definition and optimization activities.Support implementation the of company strategies in terms of engineering, maintenance and operation standardization.Become technical expert in the plant manufacturing technologies facilitating knowledge transfer and apply best practice operations.Support/Lead new products and new process introduction activities.Support troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives to establish root causes and implement appropriate solutions.Support and/or lead investments projects phases including preliminary study, project set-up, investment request, scheduling, execution, control commissioning, closure and lesson learn tracking. Participate in Henkel SHEQ management system, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000Actively contribute with know-how exchange within the European Engineering NetworkYOUR SKILLSBachelor’s degree or above in technical fields, preferably in industrial chemistry and chemical or mechanical engineering. 5+ years of work experience in Process and Project Engineering in the chemical filed.Good understanding of the chemical industrial production processes and all its surroundings (mechanical, electrical and automation). Very high degree of self-governance and flexibility.Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across all levels in multi-functional teams.Good team-work spirit.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient uses of the Microsoft Office suite, 2D/3D drawing and project management software.Highly proficient in spoken and written English.Willingness to travel in Europe up to 20% of the time depending on the assignments.
