Job summaryA new opportunity has just risen in a multinational electronics manufacturer. Job Responsibilities •Review and approve the work instructions (eMOI) for the production process, ensuring that they are clear, accurate, and up-to-date.•Design and develop new products and processes, using the latest technologies and best practices to optimize the production efficiency and quality.•Train the production staff on how to use the new products and processes, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.•Identify and implement continuous improvement ideas to enhance the production performance, such as reducing defects, increasing productivity, minimizing downtime, and lowering costs.•Collaborate with other departments to solve any production issues that may arise, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or customer complaints. Experience requirements•Good skills in operation analysis, which enable to generate clear and effective work instructions for the production process.•Can use the SAP system to manage the production data and resources.•Strong sense of continuous improvement, which drives to find and implement ideas to improve the quality, productivity, downtime, and costs of the production process. •Use various tools and methods to measure and analyze the production performance and identify the root causes of any problems.•Proficient in software and computer skills, such as Autocad 2D and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) to design and document the products and processes, as well as to present and communicate ideas and results.•Good training skills, which allow to teach and coach the production staff on how to use the new products and processes. Design and deliver effective training programs that suit the needs and levels of the learners.•Hard working, problem solving, and independent working. Handle multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision. Work well in a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve the common goals.•Read and understand technical documents and drawings, such as specifications, manuals, schematics, etc. Create and update these documents and drawings as needed.
