Process Engineer

Job Description : • Provide supporting to section and other divisions for process improvement projects and process development activities. • Identify potential opportunities for process improvement and bring them to attention of area process engineers and supervisors for undertaking with implication of cost saving. • Check and ensure that the operators follow procedures during operation for each workstation. • To control process as ISO requirements and make action taken for ISO internal audit. • To use SPC tools to analysis defects and other issues to find out the way continuous improvement and solving problems. • Develop & improve tools to reduce cycle time , increase productivity and quality. • Record and communicate issues between shifts. Working with assembly line to get the feedback quality issue. • Review and check daily production log, machine log book and other report for each workplace to ensure machine noted and checked for changes. • Support special projects as required. • Review production processes regularly for updates and maintenance. Train new operators, or all operators for procedures updated. Job Requirement : • University degree or equivalence of Bachelor of Science in Materials Science (High Priority), Machanical. • Fluent English Skill is Required. • 2-3+ years applicable experience in manufacturing setting in relation to trouble • Understanding of technical drawing and basic chemical engineering principals. • Presentable, friendly, good communication and ability to manage multiple tasks • Proficiency in Ms.Office and SPC software) • Ability to anticipate and handle special assignments promptly and professionally • Excellent interpersonal skill and team-work spirit • Production and problem solving skills. • Flexibility working times.
