Are you up for the Challenge?ROLE SUMMARY:For the Packaging Technical Expert (PTE) role out of our Newark Brewery we are looking for a high energy candidate, who can work autonomously to drive the success of the packaging lines in the brewery through data analytics, technical troubleshooting, and front line team development.Additionally the candidate will be responsible for:Supporting the line managers with process improvements to drive resultsWork with external and internal resources to improve current capabilities and introduce new capabilities to the linesAssist with troubleshooting outstanding issues and drive to root cause eliminationEngage the front line team in upskilling, troubleshooting strategies, and process improvementsJob Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering field5 Years of experience in a high speed manufacturing environment required, ideally for a CPG companyIn depth knowledge of Packaging, Maintenance, and Logistic ProcessesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative approach, identify areas for improvement through data and lead teams to create and implement solutionsSelf-starter, driven, with a high attention to detail and strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilitiesProven leadership ability, ideally in a union work environmentStrong customer focus with an ability to understand and improve PI's and their impact on customer KPI'sWhy Anheuser-BuschAnheuser-Busch is here for the times that matter.
