Process Engineer Pulp&PaperWe’re looking for a process engineer who is not afraid to challenge, innovateexperimentimprove our process We’re always looking to improve our process.Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to the following:Ensuring the safety and health of personnel , lead the operational effectiveness of the Paper Machines department. Coordinate the production plan in a safe, sustainable, and cost-effective manner.Lead improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with all safety, quality, and waste management systems.Ensure product quality conforms to Customer specifications and manage all paper trials. Manage Supplier quality performance and raw material specification development.Support Maintenance and Reliability Team to identify and report equipment defects to get them returned to standard or enhanced to give better machine performance and reliability.Manage Operations staff.Develop Operators and Team Leaders skills in communication and leadership.This role is part of the Paper Machines RST and works closely with the Operations Manager, Process Engineers, and Reliability Engineer to ensure we deliver our business plan.As the person responsible for optimal operation of the Paper Machines, the Process Engineer must have considerable knowledge of business systems and protocols.
