Job Description Measuring/Improving the production performance (KPIs such as Yields/Defect rate) by focusing on the production means performance level to meet the plant performance (Service, Quality, Cost).Working in a close relationship with the Production team for the Production performances to ensure a smooth daily Production. Working in a close relationship with the Quality team for the Process/Product validation to ensure Product quality. Working in a close relationship with CI & Maintenance team for the machines installations to ensure capacity increase as planned. Managing/Evaluating the Process Technicians.Managing/Evaluating the suppliers.Managing the maintenance budget with a focus on spare parts management.Complying with the local and group policies.Complying with the ISO certifications and other group systems.Contributing to the external/internal audits.Contributing to production performances (Yields, Defect rate,…).Contributing to the capacity increase = machines installation, setup, and validation with CI/Maintenance and Quality the handover to Production (PCP, SOP, ..).Benchmarking the Process/Production practices with the other entities group and identifying/putting in place the best practices and participating in Techno clubs.Managing the maintenance improvement projects such as performance improvement, and predictive maintenance. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in engineering/production with a demonstrating Process technical expertise and Analytical skill. Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering/electrical engineering/chemical engineering/industrial engineering or equivalent. Leadership skills, Analytical skills, and Project management skills. KPI-driven with a structured problem-solving approach. Good Interpersonal Skills with the right communication level including good English (both written and spoken).Time management, Customer oriented, and flexible. Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, Quick Sense.
