Process Engineer

Your JobTo fulfill the operational requirements for introducing new products, we have identified the necessity of recruiting a qualified individual for the role of Process Engineer. You will be a part of our Molex’s Team in Sulęcin site and report directly to NPI Leader.Our TeamThe Process Engineer role is a part of our NPI Process and Projects Engineering Team. Being in this role means joining our great team and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of new products and their implementation into production in the wire harness assembly area.What You Will DoOptimizing production costs using Lean Manufacturing tools and solutions:Searching for production process optimization through implementation new machines, equipment, and other production resourcesStandardizing workstations and workflowsTracking and analyzing the efficiency of the production line, measuring work performance, OEE, productivity, financial efficiency of the line, and other economic indicatorsAnalyzing ergonomics and the efficiency of the work environment for continuous improvementPromoting the 6S program and mindset through systematic waste segregation and minimizing resource consumptionPreparing the necessary documentation for the production process, as determined by procedures such as PDP, including:Designing production processes: line setups, process flow, material flows, necessary machine documentation, participating in PFMEAImplementing changes in the production process according to PCN, DeviationTaking and implementing corrective and preventive actions to eliminate non-conformities in products and processesCollaborating with internal (production, quality, NPI, technical support, Design Center) and external entities (suppliers, customers)Promoting environmentally friendly attitudes and behaviors that impact the improvement of the company's energy indicatorAdhering to procedures related to quality management systems, environmental management, and energyWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Technical education, preferably university degreeProfessional experience in a similar position, preferably with indicated processes, but not limited to: forming, over molding, soldering, introducing automation, cutting, stripping cables, cable preparation or crimpingTechnical knowledge enabling error detection and proposing solutions - knowledge of quality systemsAbility to be part of a team and facility during transformation, participation in engaging projects and investmentsWork collaboratively with other departments internally and externallyProactive, positive attitude, open-minded, goal- and solution-orientedProject Management experienceLean Manufacturing approachGood English allowing for smooth communicationWillingness to take on challenges and demonstrate initiativeKnowledge of MRP-class programs, MS ExcelWhat Will Put You AheadKnowledge of AutoCAD, NX, SAP Qualification in ISO9000/IATF16949 Familiarity with quality tools (APQP, SPC, MSA, LEAN) What We Offer Interesting and challenging job in an international environment with many new investments and transforming initiatives Benefit package:private medical caresports cardlife insurancemeal subsidiescompany social benefits fundcompany eventsemployee referral programOpportunity to improve professional skills and develop career path #LI-MD2
