We working extensively with manufacturing shop floor system and various systems to provide solutions for manufacturing process flow controls. We focus on yield analysis and improvement. In addition to regular day to day process issues, we will address challenges of existing HVM/sustaining products, NPI or new process in LVM, train production workforce, implement process change and explore new solution or material when required. We are also expected to demonstrate application of problem solving, systemic solution, risk assessment and management, decision-making and project management techniques, and methodologies to achieve your objectives.Responsibilities and Tasks:Improve Assigned Process/Product Yield/QualityMaintain in-depth ETE knowledge for HVM or sustaining product and process.Perform manufacturing yield evaluation by defining top Pareto defect RC with CAPA in place.Leading on process characterization and product/process recipe optimization and management.Develop, introduce, implement, improve and ensure effectiveness process control along FMEA and QCP for end to end process control and identify risk assessment.Perform detailed electrical/physical failure analysis, perform process mapping and work with other departments to resolve Module/SSD related issues.Maintain good documentation of process specifications and standard operating procedures.Implement changes due to customer requirement, sites horizontal deployment or proliferation, process improvement and guide along company change control system.Problem solving of process issues which includes finding root cause, containment of materials, implement corrective and preventive actions.Maintain and improve process with SPC in place for scalability.Shift left mentality to improve severity, occurrence and detection along fool proof system or process control in place.Leading any customer/UL/TUV/ISO/IATF audits and checklist on process step.Responsible on disposition on non-confirming product or process and solving failure from customer return and provide system solution for any process or product issues.Validate process capability baseline, POR, TOR and BOM (direct and indirect material).Work along cross departments team members on CoNC improvement metric by cost, cycle time, yield and quality targets.Support New Product IntroductionEvaluate new risks identified with new product/process.Provide engineering solutions and train workforce.Supervise new product quality metrics and bring it to sustain level.Feedback to NPI or design group on problems, potential problems / opportunities and DFM guideline.Assist new process/product tool/machine/equipment capabilities along NPI team.Future Process/Material DevelopmentPerform research, market survey equipment, machine, tool or material.Conduct evaluation or experiment (DOE) on material and benchmarking on new equipment.Apply decision-making methodologies for selection, test out new solutions with extensive data collection and analytics.Handle change of implementation of new process/equipment/material which include process specification, training material and SOP.Set up systems for data extraction, traceability and data analysis.Automate any process metrics monitoring.Provide efficiency on EPT (Effective Processing Time) by improve capacity and increase product output to meet OTDRequirements:Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's Degree in Mechanical/ Material/ Electrical/Electronic/Computer EngineeringFresh graduate is encourage to applyStrong technical know-how with validated problem-solving skills (7QC tools), Excel/ JMP for data analysis will be an advantagedAble work independently, less job supervision, highly motivated and driven to achieve targets in tight schedule with limited resourcesStrong coordinating abilities to work across various functional teamGood and positive interpersonal skills and growth approachKnowledge in DFX/DFM/DFA is helpfulKnowledge in FMEA, QCP, SPC and DOE is helpful
