Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. At least once per year participate in identifying the improvement potential across all shifts, with the involvement of the local factory team, and updated throughout the year. Maintain the factory Roadmap (owned by the Plant Manager) that lists all activities related to improving Productivity. Facilitate creation of quarterly Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs) with main activities from the Roadmap Maintain Hourly Registration targets and proper use of Hourly Registration for urgent operation and to capture deviations Support the factory team in solving root causes of production deviations and restore performance to targeted levels or continuously improve. Ensure RCPS boards are updated daily according to standard and that deviation to targets is a main source in driving RCPS activities All RCPS reviews to be conducted with full and active team participation Ensure weekly Shop Floor Audit and review results of audits conducted by others. Promt action from leaders to address findings in Shop Floor Audits.
