Process Engineer

Your new company We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Process Engineer for our client, a company involved in manufacturing components for the world's largest consumer electronics and automotive end market. Your new role To manage the quality of production of the entrusted product in the automotive fieldPerforms setup, documentation, analysis and improvement of production and associated processes of high-volume production.Maintains processes to/compliant with accepted standards, customer requirements, company policy and regulationsProposes and implements process and technology improvements, collaborating on defect analysis and design and implementation of corrective actions; monitoring process performance (C/T & balancing);Implements engineering changes to products (ECN); collaborates on the development of contingency plans and proceduresAPQP.What you'll need to succeed High school or university in a technical field Knowledge of 4M, Fishbone, FMEA, SMED & Lean manufacturing, TPS Awareness of quality assurance systems and APQP procedure, DOE & SPC method Designing and implementing changes based on analysis results Team management, presentation experience, negotiation Perfect mastery of MS Word, Excel; PowerPoint. 2 years in a similar position in an automotive manufacturing company.
