Process Engineer

We are working with the world’s largest polymer foams manufacturer. They specialize in the production of foam products for various industries, including construction, packaging, mattresses, and sports shoes.

 

We are supporting them in appointing a new Process Engineer to their site in Croydon. The role involves maximizing the business's profit through the elimination of waste in the production process and delivering New Product Introductions (NPI) to the agreed cost, quality, and timing.

 

This engineering role requires strong polymer processing knowledge, proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools, and skills in using statistical analysis and simulation software such as Minitab, JMP, NWA, MATLAB, Sci-Lab, etc.

 

This is a permanent position with a salary in the region of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus corporate benefits, including a Company Profit Share Bonus scheme, pension matched up to 6%, life assurance, flexible working policy, rewards scheme, etc.
