This is your chance to join a leading company in the chemicals sector where cutting-edge processes meet industry-leading standards.As our new Process Engineer, here's what you'll be focusing on:- Spearheading continuous process improvement initiatives, aiming at boosting efficiency and quality within manufacturing.- Implementing Kaizen principles; fostering an environment that continuously seeks ways to eliminate waste and enhance performance.- Applying knowledge of both **Lean & Six Sigma methodologies**, ensuring data-driven decision-making for superior operational results.- Managing projects related to scaling up operations from R&D phase all the way through full-scale Production - bridging innovation with market readiness efficiently. - Conducting comprehensive risk assessments vital for maintaining safety protocols as well as regulatory compliance throughout various stages of production processes.Your experience:- Master's degree in process engineering / chemical engineering / technical chemistry or comparable qualification.- Several years experience in process engineering in a company within the chemical market.- Working experience with Lean & Six Sigma.- Very good oral and written communication skills in German & English.We believe these skills will contribute significantly towards optimizing workflows while minimizing risks.
