Are you an experienced Process Engineer, or ready to step up into this level of role?

Have you experience in a high paced production environment, or within materials manufacturing?

We are seeking exceptional individuals to join the MAHLE Family at our Engine Systems manufacturing business in Kilmarnock, where they have a rich history of delivering exceptional products to the global client base.

As a Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering technical support, ensuring that the materials manufacturing processes are implemented, and maintained in line with the companies high standards, whilst also investing process improvements to maximise capabilities.



Some areas that would pique our interest are:

  • Knowledge of material manufacturing processes
  • Previous experience in a materials manufacturing environment (Automotive sector knowledge desirable but not essential)
  • Identification of process improvements, and implementing successfully
  • Be abreast of market leading technologies and developments.
  • Be able to deliver change.
  • High attention to detail in delivering process expertise within the project based environment.



Your Skills & Experience

  • Be a Mechanical Engineering graduate
  • Be experienced in Cold Roll Bonding (Desired)
  • Have 2 years Process Engineer experience (Desired)
  • Have good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor / Solidworks 3D CAD software or equivalent.
  • Have a broad knowledge of various methods of processing strip materials such as rolling, annealing, machining etc.
  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Be a good team player able to support the Engineering, Maintenance & Production teams where appropriate.
  • Be flexible and approachable.
