Sales Consultant at Real Staffing - SThree Process Engineer (m/w/d) Duration: 5 months initial Tasks: Develop, enhance, and implement systems to increase efficiency and optimize all phases of service or production processes, from design to manufacturing. Oversee process design projects and ensure the efficient and safe functioning of all production-related processes. Design processes and equipment for the development and commercialization of products or services that are cost-effective and within budget. Evaluate existing processes, suggest improvement measures, and configure manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability, boost productivity, quality, and profitability. Implement methods and process designs, create prototypes, test them, and make necessary modifications as required. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in working within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus. Willing to work fully onsite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of developing and implementing process improvements and manufacturing systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
